Done with 2" handles and light on the Meels, shoulder / bicep does seem to be getting better but these injuries linger and are finicky so I gotta mentally stay backed off.

Forgive the camera angle. Not the most flattering but it does show just how much you can move your hips to the various positions.

The positions are going to be slightly individual, where you feel tension will not be the same places I do in most cases and without working with you in person there is no way to fine tune it.

Remember work to tension and not through it. If you feel it in your shoulder, reset and back off a bit.

Terrible nights sleep, mostly due to neck and shoulder pain. Daughter also woke up twice.

 

Split Push Ups, Reg. Push Ups

Bending:

     G2 1/4"x6" DU

     1/4"x7" (FBBC) DO

     Long E (8") wobbled

  Above done in IMP's

 Suede:

     17/64 only wobbled this week

     Long E (8") finished it off.

Wrist Curls

IC work mostly leverage with some full range

Lastnight: Grippers got some good closes on my GHP3 and CoC1. Tightness but no pain, slow and steady rebuilding. Just gotta not over reach too fast.

Wanted to play with some scroll work again. Really miss doing this.

Almost added another coil on each side but this looked good as it is.

Quick session of Saxon Side Bends and some RT work. Did reps and a single plus short hold with +100lbs. No goose necking at all. Felt good, see how the wrist feels tonight and in the morning.

E- DO full kink in IMPS. Transition from there did not quite happen, definitely closer. I could probably push it but don't want to risk re-injuring. Finished in Suede.

First shoe I ever bent. Not as open or as fast a bend as I would like but I will take it for a start!

Shoulder is not thrilled. The tweak earlier in the week pissed it off more than I thought. It will get some rest next week with all the travel.

Traveling for a funeral will be back to it the end of next week. Works out well as my wrist is starting to hurt again, push ups are nasty painful. Break should do it well.

Quick little session today. First day after a decent break and a LOT of time in the car my body was not happy. Bad weather also equals migraine trigger.

Work up in pain and our daughter woke up crying so today was not an on day. Shoulder pain, wrist pain and sinus / starting migraine.

All work was light. More about movement than pushing. Hopefully get back to is next week.

 

Changing to how I do business is also impacting my focus at the time.
