The positions are going to be slightly individual, where you feel tension will not be the same places I do in most cases and without working with you in person there is no way to fine tune it. Remember work to tension and not through it. If you feel it in your shoulder, reset and back off a bit. Push Ups Bending: G2 1/4"x6" DU 1/4"x7" (FBBC) DO Long E (8") wobbled Above done in IMP's Suede: 17/64 only wobbled this week Long E (8") finished it off.
