100% agree.  I don't think most people even realize just how difficult that lift actually is.  I'm only first realizing it now, because I just recently started messing around with sledge chokes.  Awesome lifting, Delmar!

Thanks Bob! Believe it or not I am amazing myself with these lifts. I never really have trained regularly and now that I'm kind of doing it now the results are starting to show.
