Rick Walker Posted March 9, 2016 Author Share Posted March 9, 2016 To be truthful, the DOMS was NOTHING compared to when I did 316 for 127 reps while standing on a 5" platform in 30 minutes. No belt, no straps and the bar was maybe an inch from the tops of my feet. That left more sore for nearly 10 days. I was recovered after this before surgery on Friday.
