406 x 100 reps in 50 minutes

Rick Walker

4x speed as not to bore you to sleep.  2 reps a minute, on the minute, for 50 minutes.  Approximately 40-45 seconds rest between doubles.  Bodyweight around 230.

Very gutsy feat, Rick! How close to a max effort was that last set?

Felt fast off the ground but once I Got IT past my knees and IT hung up on my sweatpants IT was hard to lockout for sure!

Great effort and tremendous workload!  This is not for the faint of heart.

Few will ever know my friend how truly tough this is.

How sore did this make you - a little DOMS maybe?

To be truthful, the DOMS was NOTHING compared to when I did 316 for 127 reps while standing on a 5" platform in 30 minutes.  No belt, no straps and the bar was maybe an inch from the tops of my feet.  That left more sore for nearly 10 days.  I was recovered after this before surgery on Friday.  Next stop after I heal up is 250 x 300 in 60 minutes, or 5 a minute, every minute, for 60 minutes.
