2x45 = 2.25 to 2.5+

2x45 Deep Dish= ?

2x35 Reg =2.5 +

2x35 Deep Dish=3.625

3x25=4 to 4.375+

5x10#=4.25 to 4.5+

They can be used as regular pinch lifts like a Climber Pinch - or like a Wrist Thingy which is Brutal! You can destroy your ring and pinky fingers :)

These are

2"

2.25"

2.5"

4"

Plus the regular Wrist Thingy Handle - everything interchangeable easily

I also made 1/8" and 1/4" plates that can be added to each for slightly different widths.

To help with the question mark above, my York 45 deep dishes are 4.083".

Thanks - I don't have any to measure.

I'm really liking this setup. Deep deep soreness in places I have seldom managed to hit before. Really hopeful it will translate into better one and two hand pinch numbers. We will see :)

The pinch block on the wrist thingy is a really interesting idea.

Josh - the Pinch Twist (I really need a better name for this thing) hits differently with the different widths. Right now I'm using the 4" and the muscle that runs along the forearm bone (extensor side) in line with the little finger is sore clear down into the center of the forearm - and my ring and pinky are sore to the touch even. Now I just have to wait and see what the carryover to other things is after a few weeks of training with it.
