Wrist Roller

I'm a fan of the FBBC wrist rollers though I just made one myself copying the design. Mine is 2.5" but making a 3" isn't a bad idea. Making one is likely the most common advice you will get and with good reason.

3" is tough on thumb joints. Be careful.

I like the FBBC one. Well made and a good price. I had the Ironmind one but I sold it because the knurling was too aggressive and it felt like a cheese grater. The FBBC one is smooth so it doesn't beat up your hands. All the wrist rollers I have seen used at comps (like nationals) are smooth anyway.

FBBC was what I was looking at initially.. Maybe I will go with them. Thanks guys. I heard that their grippers are coming back. Can anyone confirm this? I sure wish I grabbed some years ago.

Grippers are like that nagging itch that won't go away.

Seriously though progress is being made. but it's slow going with getting a backfill of springs together.

Hey man! I made my own and it cost about 10$ total.. extremely easy to make and it simply slides onto the sleeve of a barbell (I.e. set barbell in rack at shoulder height, add 45 to one side, wrist roller on the other, attach weight to wrist roller and go). I know the fancy ones are great, but money saved is always the best option :D
