Cracking The Knuckles

Mine stopped feeling like they needed to be cracked after a few solid months of grippers. Sometimes my pinky joint will hang up, that's about it. If you think it helps, go for it. Stop when it doesn't.

Is this a good or bad habit to get into? Particularly during warmup sets, I have been doing it, and I am not sure if this is good practice.

Completely harmless

Generally harmless. Some studies say it may result in a decrease in grip strength though. So, I suppose we can't be sure yet, and therefore I think it's harmful to say it is completely harmless.
