I'm starting this thread to log my training for an attempt on the MM2 and also to finally get that CoC #3 cert out of the way. One rep counted as rolling the weight up from the floor all the way up. I just recently started using this tool after owning it for a decade. Jonas, I did 9 deep reps with my easier #3 wich is about what I could do at the time of my MM1 cert. With this in mind I'm guessing I'm pretty close to the MM2, if not there already. However, I want to be able to consistently hit 5-6 reps on my hard #3 before I go for the cert. I brought them to work so I could bring them to the gym after work, but sadly I forgot them in my office. Will be going away in the morning and wont be back until saturday morning. The one arm holds arn't to bad. I'm stronger on the top so I can hold myself up there for 10-15 seconds even though I can't do a full strict one arm pullup yet. Added some extra resistence at the top by pushing on the lever with my other hand. That way the resistance won't be limited to just at the bottom where the handle is parallel to the ground.
