Plate Pinch Rules

1. Must lift to full deadlift position.
2. Only chalk allowed.
3. Must be metal plates. Must lift smooth-sides-out. No rubber plates.

4. Lift must be followed to the floor.

JHenze646, you're right, it's all about the journey. This was one of the sweeter victories for sure...am not having the "is this all there is" empty feeling yet. This is only relieved by, you guessed it, a new, seemingly improbable goal to be totally committed to!

Mind blowing as always sir.

Thank you jmatney; it is a brutal lift to finish off, very frustrating and difficult but fun at the same time. It demanded all of me, and then some. I've been close for quite a while now, but struggled with the lockout in every imaginable way.
