Thanks everyone. I appreciate the encouragement.

Checked the mail and the mm1 is here. I will give it hell before the gym tomorrow. Maybe after the gym, tomorrow is squats and bench.

I usually do 10-15 sets of 10-15 reps. Then heavy bench. By the time I'm done I'm exhausted and half asleep on the drive home. Leg days I usually sleep about 10hrs. I could cut the work out short though....

I usually do 10-15 sets of 10-15 reps. Then heavy bench. By the time I'm done I'm exhausted and half asleep on the drive home. Leg days I usually sleep about 10hrs. I could cut the work out short though....

This workout should be centered only around closing that gripper. You can get huge legs and chest another day. Just do enough sets/work to wake yourself up and get it going. You don't want to be performing any widowmakers or squatting till you puke and then going for a max attempt gripper lol

+1 I even spend time visualizing and listening to motivation videos/songs before my attempts. I gear everything to the cert for that period of time.

Did two sets of squats. Walked outside and attempted the cert in the parking lot. We will see what the judges say. I'll update again when the gripper is on its way home.

Only you would leave the gym, close a world class gripper in the parking lot, and then go back inside and finish said workout LMAO

Ha! I didn't even think about it like that. But I can't miss or skip days. I gotta get bigger and stronger.
