Thanks. It's probably just maintaining most of the forearm development I used to have when I was obsessed with grip training. But you can't beat thick bar for overall hand strength!

I think it actually is! Me doing 200 is the equivalent of you doing 375, Matt!😆 But I really should be push pressing more, as I can strict press 190.

Definitely total weight! But thanks! Makes more sense to me to track total weight with fluctuations in my body weight.
