Farmers walks

1)110lb (per handle)

4)200- managed about a 35 yard walk.< Lower back felt tender after this.

Farmers Picks

160x3x3 « dropped the weight a little due to back.

2.5" rolling handle (made by Ryan Pitts)

90lbs 5 sets of 5-8 reps. Just getting the feel back.

25lb plate pinches

5 sets of 5-7 reps- lost some pinch power for sure.

4)200- managed about a 35 yard walk.< Lower back felt tender after this.

Seems to me that we are on the same level! How often do You train FW? What's Your bodyweight?

Just got the farmers going about a week ago.

I plan on 1-2 days a week pending on feel. 1 day heavy /short distance, 1 day longer walks moderate weight.

Bodyweight at 177lbs
