Building Explosive Power

Just curious as to what everyone is doing for gaining explosive power, strength and speed in Arm Wrestling and what workouts/exercises you are doing?

Heavy barbell curls not completely strict form but not swinging the weights with the whole body helped me with arm wrestling. Also try a single handle on the cable machine but do curls on it and sort of simulate the movement used in arm wrestling, hard to explain without showing you but I am sure you can youtube it. Isometic holds with a dumbbell, hammer curls..weighted inner grip pulls ups also.

The advice above is for building a strong lock, which is key for being able to hit hard without separating your hand from your shoulder but..

If you want explosive power you have to train - just that, whether it be tubes on a table or blasting on your training partners.
