Haven't been able to get to the gym because my neck has been killing me, but i got an adjustment and am back full force tomorrow. Hit grippers again today:

Warm ups 18xsport, 12 x trainer, 6xcoc1, 1x1.5

Right hand: 1x bb super master rated 128, 1xcoc2.5 125, 4xcoc2.5 125

Left: 10xghp10, 10x bb super advanced, 12x bbsa

Pinch on imtugs

Right 14xIT2, negative with it3, 1xit3, 10xit2

Left 11x2, negative with 3, 7x2

Wrist curls, reverse wrist curls, front and rear levers

3 sets expand your handbands red and blue bands 25-40reps

Killed that 2.5 today. When i took out the super master and overcrushed the 2.5, i said let's see if i can rep it. I really think that ghp6 will crumble soon. It's also helped that i haven't trained with weights for a bit, so my hands are fresh.

Thanks bro! The strength is there but my shoulders have no endurance so after the primary pressing exercise all my weights drop lol.

Today Back/Biceps

Deadlifts 4x305, 7x275

One arm DB rows 10x90, 4x100, 4x100

Pull ups 12, 9, 7

Cable Rows 8x160, 7x160

EZ Bar Curl 7x70 (inflamed my elbows so I stopped)

Standing db Curl 8x35, 7x30, 5x30

Those damn deadlifts tired the hell out of me. Have to work on endurance. Strength is slowly coming back.

Very odd grip workout today

Warm ups 16xsport, 12xtrainer, 6xcoc1, 2x1.5

Right Hand: 1xBB SM 128, 0.9x coc 2.5 125, 4 x bbm 118

Left: 5xcoc2, 6x2, 2xHard coc2

TTK One hand at a time

Right: 18x8.75, 16x8.75, 10x8.75

Left: 12x8.75, 12x8.75, 16x7.5

Reverse wrist curls and wrist curls 2 sets each

3 sets EYHB Red and Blue bands

The SM close went great, and I felt like I had much more left, but for whatever reason, the rest of my right hand gripper work wasn't strong. I couldn't really get the set proper, because I felt strong enough, but just didn't have the leverage. On the other hand, PR's all across the board with my left hand. Before I took that time off to recover I was really struggling with the 2 in my left hand. Totally dominated it today. Once I can get 10 reps I'll give the 2.5 a shot with my off hand. In the words of Chez, just gonna ride this strength wave out till the end.

Today legs and triceps. Want to hit the tris a little more as i feel they're a weak point of mine. Also steered clear of squats since i did heavy (for me) deadlifts this week.

Ez bar extensions 12x80 8x90 7x90

Lying db extensions 15x25 8x30 6x30

Lying leg curl 10x70 10x80 8x80

Leg press 20x823 15x913

Sngle leg curl 10x60 7x60 7x60

Hip adduction 20x300

Wanted to use the stack loaded leg press but some old man was hogging it. I like the leg press machine but it's so annoying to load and unload, and i refuse to be that guy who leaves a bunch of plates and walks away.

Been a little busy but i have worked out. My wrist has been bothering me on my left hand so i didn't train that hand yesterday.

Saturday, feb 8

Right hand: 1 x ghp 6 (138 by cannon) in a choker. (Chokered it down to 20mm)

Negatives on beefbuilder grip machine

156. 156, 156 lbs. got decent times and let go as soon as my grip started to slip, a la john mccarter (where are you buddy?)

Ttk negatives

10, 10, 10

Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls, expand your hand bands red bands for 40-50 reps.

Notes: my ghp 6 felt really hard, but i was so stoked to close it. In a choker, of course. Now i need to be able to set the beast.

Tonight, feb 9

Back and legs

Squats 8x305

Lying leg curls 12x90, 6x110

Single leg curls 7x60, 7x60

Db rows 8x100 5x105

Smith machine lunges 8x65 10x65 (weight per side)

Pull ups 20, 12

I was so gassed out after the lunges. They really do take the wind out of me. Had to combine back with legs today because work and life had me busy this week. Squats were a new PR. I would like to test my new one rep max soon and estimate it to be around 350

Hi Anthony,

What kind of wrist problem do you have? Do you think it's some kind of impingement?

Also... how on earth can you do 150lbs cable pushdowns and 'only' do 135lbs close grip bench??

Hey Roy,

I'm not sure what the problwm is with my wrist. It is a piece of garbage. I broke it 14 years ago when I was in the 7th grade and it has never been the same. My wrist sometimes gets very bad pain when I stretch my hand back toward my shoulder, like in push up position. Ive noticed that massaging my forearms and using armaid helps. I Hope through training I can strengthen it up better.

As for the pushdowns, LOL. It was the easier stack machine the gym has, and 150 maxes it out. On their harder machine, I use around 80-90 pounds. I know those numbers for my decline press suck, but it was at the end of my workout and my shoulders were spent. Also, I had no spotter so was hesistant to pile on the weight.

Hey that sucks about your wrist.

And... stack machines are indeed funny that way. I wonder where the huge differences between them come from.

Shoevling, shoveling, and more shoveling. I am super ultra mega finished with this winter. The snow has definitely affected my training, whether it be me sore from shoveling all day at work, old injuries acting up because of it, or simply not being able to park my car by the gym and train. I'm going to combine my back and leg workouts together for a second week this week. Three day weekend coming up and thank god, because I certainly need it.

Sweden had a really crappy winter this year.

Not many weeks of real winter at all.

Mostly rain and above 0 degrees.

Around new years alittle snow fell and the temp went just below 0.

Pathetic winter :( Worst in decades
