truth1ness
I decided to take one spring off my ISG so I can do some dynamic pinch work with it. I wanted to know exactly what resistance I was pinching but This chart only shows resistances for two spring settings so I did a little math to figure out what the single spring resistances would be and thought I'd post them for anyone who might be interested. Spring Position Resistance 1 132 213 314 425 556 707 878 1059 12510 14711 17112 196 Just fyi here's the change in resistance between each spring position: p1=13 1>2=82>3=103>4=114>5=135>6=156>7=177>8=188>9=209>10=2210>11=2411>12=25 Here's the full two spring settings list: 3 1 454 1 564 2 645 1 695 2 776 1 845 3 876 2 927 1 1016 3 1027 2 1096 4 1137 3 1188 1 1198 2 1277 4 1308 3 1379 1 1397 5 1439 2 1478 4 1489 3 1571 10 1618 5 1619 4 1682 10 1698 6 1763 10 1799 5 18111 1 1854 10 1902 11 1939 6 1963 11 2025 10 20312 1 2109 7 2134 11 2142 12 2186 10 2185 11 2273 12 2287 10 2354 12 2396 11 2425 12 2528 10 2537 11 2596 12 2678 11 2777 12 2849 11 2978 12 3039 12 32312 10 345 Edited September 16, 2013 by truth1ness
Tom Scibelli
The ISG seems really awesome. I have one, I haven't used it a whole, but plan on cycling it into my training. How did you get one of the springs off?
truth1ness
Yea, I bought it just as a gripper but I'm finding it's like a little swiss army knife of grip. It was actually surprisingly easy to pop the spring off with a screwdriver just levering it off.
