Ivanko Super Gripper Single Spring Resistances

I decided to take one spring off my ISG so I can do some dynamic pinch work with it. I wanted to know exactly what resistance I was pinching but This chart only shows resistances for two spring settings so I did a little math to figure out what the single spring resistances would be and thought I'd post them for anyone who might be interested.

Spring Position Resistance

1 13
2 21
3 31
4 42
5 55
6 70
7 87
8 105
9 125
10 147
11 171
12 196

Just fyi here's the change in resistance between each spring position:

p1=13

1>2=8
2>3=10
3>4=11
4>5=13
5>6=15
6>7=17
7>8=18
8>9=20
9>10=22
10>11=24
11>12=25

Here's the full two spring settings list:

3 1 45
4 1 56
4 2 64
5 1 69
5 2 77
6 1 84
5 3 87
6 2 92
7 1 101
6 3 102
7 2 109
6 4 113
7 3 118
8 1 119
8 2 127
7 4 130
8 3 137
9 1 139
7 5 143
9 2 147
8 4 148
9 3 157
1 10 161
8 5 161
9 4 168
2 10 169
8 6 176
3 10 179
9 5 181
11 1 185
4 10 190

6 12 267
8 11 277

The ISG seems really awesome. I have one, I haven't used it a whole, but plan on cycling it into my training. How did you get one of the springs off?

Yea, I bought it just as a gripper but I'm finding it's like a little swiss army knife of grip. It was actually surprisingly easy to pop the spring off with a screwdriver just levering it off.

Hey dude thanks btw for the tip on the isg and thumb training. I used it yesterday with both springs in the first two slots and got 20 reps with both thumbs at the same time. Im gonna save a ton on imtugs with this tip!
