One Hand Dead -235lb(almost)

Nice! This is one of the few lifts that I made good progress with finishing the workout with attempts with 10 to 20 pounds over whatever my best successful single was. Two or three attempts at that heavier weight. Just got "hops" most of the time. Which is about 2" of air.

Thanks Tom!

Was told by Ivan that by David Hornes rules on this lift it might very well be good.

Legs have to be straight and bar (both ends at same time) has to be at mid-knee level or above and upper body don't have to be straight.

Feel alittle better about this lift after hearing that.Had no idea what rules where with one handers.
