Rest today, got my new Coc 3 rated at 143# today from Cannon Powerworks! I will try to Ccs it

In the next few days i almost got my heavier 3 yesterday

Just wondered I rated mine at around the 170 range, spring is a lot larger than my COC#3 :glare: can get it down to 1 cm as it only has a 2.25" spread.

I have not trained much with grippers lately just alot of bending;)

loving the difference with my HG grippers..

HG200- 45kg

HG250 - 55kg

HG300 - 65kg

HG350 - roughly 78kg!

anyways..impressive bends mate inspiring stuff!

Thanks Stephen, EJ sent me the Q bars i will have to ask him. I kinked it in imps and 6in sueds

Then it froze up also i should proble heal up better before my big bends.

Hey i no i have not loged anything lately thats because i took a break! Lots of hiking and healing

I also bent a hexabastard it was offset and almost on the flatside/; post-23284-0-27627400-1389037784_thumb.p my time was 6min

I used imp with 6in sueds to start it and finished with imp singles hardest dam thing i have bent !

Anyway i did biceps triceps and grippers today

95lb curls bar and tricep kickback supersets

Today i hiked 5 1/2 miles im not got going to workout till after my mm2 cert,

My forearm feels a little strained i dont think it will affect my cert. I am going to

Do several contrast baths with epsom salt and massage my forearms.

Well the ol lady can do the massage lol
