I was supposed to bend tomorrow but I couldnt wait!!!!!! I love training and I fukcing PRed today!

I didnt crush today, I only kinked and bent the nails to 90 degrees

Warmup, 1x 7'' HRS in single suedes

1x 5-5 1/2'', i didnt messure it, HRS in single suedes

1xRed NaIl in single suedes PR

1xRed Nail, Tried a Red Nail in IMP's and I got alittle kink!!!!!!!!!! PR, bent it in single suedes after kinking it in IMP's! I think Im on to the technique!! The red is going down in a few weeks I promise you!!!!!

1xRed Nail in single suedes, pretty easy both times :)

Didnt rest any, only a few seconds between hits on the bars.

I bent the bar over the last joint on my indexfingers when I got the kink and had the end of the nail against my thumbads.

This is by far the closes I've been to taking the red down!

I can crush it in IMP's pretty easy, if I can get the nail alittle more kinked it will die by my hands!!!!!!!!

Yesterday I bent 2x 8mm HRS, one 7'' and one 5,5'' and 3x im red nails to 90 degrees.

Today I crushed them all, starting with the HRS 8mm.

Easy stuff, all bars well under 2''.

Not very hard to do but it hurts my palms after a couple of bars.

Im (bad word filter)ing bitten by the iron bug again! Powerlifting and steel bending, unbraced!!!!!!!

Im going to dominated the red and the bastard soon!

Just ordered some more wraps and a advanced bag from FBBC.

This will be sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet :)

Bench today;

10@60kg felt tired

6@80kg

3@100kg

2x2@115kg missed on the third rep both sets. Went for sets of 3.

12@85kg

Incline bench

2@90 too tired after that last bench set.

6@80kg

6@70 with stop every rep

10@70 no stop and more rest before the last set.

Was tired today and I've been battling a cold for a few days. Hope it goes away if I stay warm, hydraded and take my vitamins. :)

Today I bent some shit one day early.

My hand still hurts but I was able to kink and bend stuff to 90 degrees.

Its the crushing part thats a nono atm.

All bends were in IMPs and Suede.

I just got (bad word filter)ing mad at my stock, grabbed a CRS 7'' 8mm from FBBC - went down, not too hard either! No (bad word filter)ing warmups today!

Bent 2x red nails after eachother

Then I bent 2x 7'' 8mm SS from "maskindelen", the first one was kinked abit. Both PRs. These were much harder than the FBBC steel.

Finished off with another red nail. 2 hits and it was down to 90 degrees. Got the technique down! Felt better for every bend I did, or every hit even!

I held my hits longer today and I had my index fingers on the steel, two tips I got from steel titans on here and steelbenders.org :)

- Phew - That was a f(censorship)n good workout and some serious s(bad word filter)t causing damage to those mother(bad word filter)g nails hahaha

Ok, so, my palms, especially y left, still hurt like a mother (bad word filter)er and also, I snaped my back moving furniture like a week ago.

Will take a week off this week and just try to rehab my back/ass and my palms.

Luckily I can still wipe my ass.

What's going on with your palms?

Dude a little more than 2 weeks ago I crushed lots of reds in IMPs only and the day after my palms were sore as hell and some movements with my wrist/hand hurts.

Never crushed in IMPs before and now Im (bad word filter)ed.

I dont know why it hurts still. Prolly iflammation or something

Ah...

Is it the tissue itself that hurts, or just surface pain?

Best I can say is get on some anti-inflammatorys and do contrast baths regularly. That and some light, regular rehab work has gotten me through a few injuries.

Its deep, like in the bones or something.

I've only tried resting my hands.

Cant bend or do grippers.

If it aint better next week I'll do RT hard for a few weeks and rest from bending and grippers.

This is one of the most painful injuries I've had in my hands since I started griptraining. Top 3 anyway

I wrapped a red nail in suede and bent it like shit.

Not even an effort even though my hands hurt somewhat.

If I could just learn how to kink that mother Fer in IMPs that cert is mine for sure.

The doorbell just rang and there was my advanced benders bag in a neat little package ;)

Took all them bars out and then lost it, wrapped a couple of bars in single suede and DU bent them like a mofo ;)

1x 6mm 7'' round stock and 1x 6mm 6'' round stock. Easy DU bends.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKIT can my god damn hands heal up so I can smash this benders bag DO!?

All done in double suede (cause of my palm issues).

Crushed 2 prekinked reds and then I took a bastard from FBBC and killed it in like 10 seconds :P

My palms started hurting like mother (bad word filter)ers after the crush was done but it passed pretty fast.

All done with my right hand that isnt as bad painwise as my left.

Grabbed my filed coc2,5 and closed it so hard it made scratching noises when the handles touched.

Took up my filed RB260N and did the same.

Took my coc3 and killed it too :)

Tried my clamped BB E and almost got it too.

PRs :)

Forgot to wright last night when I came home. I fell asleep early. Great!

I did some light squatting, up to 120 and tripples. I was afraid that my back would act up again. I could feel it alittle.

Then some deadlifting, feeling it out on 60kg and 100kg. Stopped it there. The back was starting to ache from that last squat set.

Now to the fun part, RT!

Incline bench, 45 degrees, 8@80kg - that angle didnt feel good on my shoulders so I decided to do real shoulderpress instead.
