I recently started grippers up (for like 3 weeks), then got distracted again. It's pretty impressive how much grip strength I lost by simply eating bad food, drinking to excess, and not exercising for years on end. Who would have thought it? 

Id like to get back on the horse also. Time will tell I guess. GL. (BTW I don't no exactly where the SSN post is, but it basically just involves set, squeeze, knudge(with off hand) at low volume with something you can't close. I couldn't do more than 3 or so efforts before destroying my hands for the day.)
