I have a question Juha. What is the best way to program grip typs in the same workout if you want to get them all stronger ( no priority ). I would say:

1. Grippers

2. Pinch

3. Thick Bar

I agree.

Before grip training is important to do good all body warm up. I usually do squat, GM with camber bar or bench press.

I do my grip work at that standing what you wrote. I train still 10-12 times at week and my forearms and wrists needs stick gymnastics and other things before I´m ready for training. Alexey showed to me how he warms every joint separately. It seems to be good for him if we looks his results.

Grippers

Narrow pinch and then wide pinch

INCH, Axle, Millennium trainer, 70mm fat gripz, rolling handles

Other day all hub lifts etc....

1RM trainings, volume, speed and recovery. All those are important for strong grip. I don't like to do volume but no excuses.

Right away my thumb´s skin is all right i´ll put some power for those.

Nice find Juha! Looks like most of them look better for grip training than the plates you've been using.
