Matt, this is one most challenging project what I have ever done. He was over 250kg super large feeder who wanted to come back to life. That case took almost two years. I had to teach him all things from start. We went together to grocery everyday and I showed him what he can eat or not.

I recommend to use translator and real all story.

Walking 30min + stretching. Hamstring and gastrocnemius is still stiff.

Today after swimming first bruise appeared to my damaged hamstring.

How did you hurt your hamstring Juha? I gave mine one helluva tweak on Monday on a GM eccentric. No pain now. Just doing light work and volume for now. I may squat up some weight again on Monday and do light GM's or RDL's for rehab after.

Jason,

Watch this video´s third deadlift. My hamstring ruptured and it hurted (bad word filter)ing hard. After six days from this bloods came out from my muscle? Weird.....

Now it´s better. In the begin I did light workout my to hamstrings and lot of ice.
