Thanks man. Good chance I'll be working fairly soon into the new year. If that happens my severance will basically just be a huge bonus to help with my retirement haha! Here's to hoping.

Isolating my low body too let my upper back recover. Went to a chiropractor on Friday and it helped immensely and will go back again Tuesday morning.

Hip Belt Squat - 35's & Red loop

Still easy enough to execute but my low back is getting really pumped so best to take it easy as its a new exercise. Good ab exercise as well staying tensed up on the pad.

What kind of adjustments has your chiro done? I'm still split on whether or not I should be going to one

I generally try to stay away from them as well. This was the first time that I had visited him since 1992 according to their records. I buggered my upper back between my shoulder blades back in the early 90s and it breakers every couple of years. I figured headed been bugging me again so I may as well try the chiropractic road. It's helped quite a bit but the thing that I don't like is that he cracked my neck and know that he's done it it'll crack and pop occasionally when I look around and I don't think that's too good for a fellow.

I've got one more chiro appointment so I don't want to get to stupid yet. Dr said to stay away from deadlifts but ya wanna know something? My back feels better after putting a little weight to it today.

Also thinking about throwing in some extra work getting some more pressing and squatting in on a 3rd day per week. Medium intensity to the low-optimal rep range on the Prelipin table.

That's one fine looking workout man! It "flows" well if that makes any sense. And I've had one amazing visit to a chiro in my life but that was when I was a kid. I had a crick in the left side of my neck for around 3 months and after a visit to a family friend who happened to be a licensed chiro it resolved itself. Ever since then if I have a neck problem it has either not done anything or made it worse so Idk what to think!
