Not worried about lifting, but being able to walk, lay, or sit (aka live) without a bunch of pain. Somehow the spine fairy paid me a visit and my back felt great tonight. Totally baffles me. Stupidly, I hurt my knee while I was doing that stretch that has been helping my back. That's not stopping me from deadlifting, just can't do that stretch right now.
