So 3.5 weeks ago I hurt my back, was pretty worried about it. Not worried about lifting, but being able to walk, lay, or sit (aka live) without a bunch of pain. Somehow the spine fairy paid me a visit and my back felt great tonight. Totally baffles me. In a good way of course. The only thing I did different is add in this stretch, skip to 4:00 min.

Nice deadlift!! Is the back cooperating still?

Still getting better; can't complain.

Stupidly, I hurt my knee while I was doing that stretch that has been helping my back. That's not stopping me from deadlifting, just can't do that stretch right now.

I don't know. I haven't tested my normal DL in a long time. I'ts like a squat vs a bottom position squat.
