With the help of some neosporin throughout the week, I made it through the holds with no issue. Nice job on the farmer's holds and bench. Do you feel like you want to die when holding that weight. On the holds, the jump from 340 to 380 was harder than expected in that way. Jeff Jett Deadlifts obviously. Also squatting more controlled, and not quite as deep, so I can keep my low back in a good position.
