On the holds, the jump from 340 to 380 was harder than expected in that way. So it sucked, but I liked it. We set it with a really high pick, then I don't have to worry about what the pick might do to my back.

Was going to go back to standard bench tonight, but my pec felt tight and a little painful like when I strained it recently. So threw the slingshot on and moved my grip in a bit. Seemed to help.

Mike, I've figured out enough movements where I can get some work in, but not irritate my back too much. Jeff Jett Deadlifts obviously. Also squatting more controlled, and not quite as deep, so I can keep my low back in a good position. Still have a ways to go, but going the right direction.
