Chris Mathison
for sure Sam.. should pay off though. 10/28 LOL - was at the gym half hour after waking up.. not going to be good warmup 800m concept 2 @ 5 Lat pulldowns BB Jerk 135x5 185x3 225x3 275x6 technically 275x5 Strained my neck on the jerks. did some cardio and went home. It seems that I'm an alley cat being swung around by the outcomes of my own workouts. On top of the world one day and pissed off and grouchy the next. Going to go back tonight and get some work done. Going to the gym quickly after waking up always ends up bad for me. 2 melatonins and a shot of nyquil last night didnt help this morning but boy did I sleep good. Crazy to hit so many PRs lol.. no.. Upon reading your paragraph about tracking all Pr's. I started to track 1-8rm PR's. They will start to thin out and become true PR's as time goes on but for a while you will see alot of 1-8rm PR's cuz Im just starting to write them down in a journal set aside for nothing but PR's. 11/2 Last workout before meet and I took it easy. I might do some cardio wed/thursday Warmup on elliptical Lat pulldowns DB JM's Pressdowns EZ curls DB curls 2" bar handgs w/bodyweight Also did some 1 handed hangs on the 2" bar but didnt last more than a few seconds.. Oh well.. its a start.
