lifesnotfair
I like your style of training with a choker, first more closed, and then opening it up bit by bit...

pdoire
Nice use of the chokers Teemu, you will get used to the final bit of the BBSE much better that way. The Elite will start feeling like a toy..(on a good day!)

lifesnotfair
R: Closed Closed from 10mm, awesome!! I've read from others that the SE is usually only a bit easier than #4's... can you close a #4 from a choker?
Martin_Arildsson
Hmm... Hi tech gripping is progress! I've stopped fooling around with TNS and no sets now, it's too inconsistent. Guess I'll be doing alot of negatives now for a couple of weeks. Get online at msn now!

I haven't tried choking #4 so much, but most likely I can't no matter how close I choke the handles. That is still quite significant difference between SE and #4 IMO. Teemu I
19.9.2006: Grippers Starting from next week, I'll be going on all-around grip program, that will include RT, wide pinching with blobette, dynamic thumb, heavy wrist curls and levering and I'll do grippers maybe once or twice a week, we'll see. I shall do one more grippers only workout this week, after this. Extended handle severe negatives with BB Pro 10 singles/hand, every single forced in 2 times. I did these to remind myself, how hard I should be working. Starting from next week, I'll try to work every aspect equally hard as I've worked grippers lately. I expect better results in the long run. Goals for 3 month period: -Crush: MMS BBSE (Current PR MMS BBE) -Pinch: 20 kg Blobette lift (Current PR 17,7 kg) -Wrist curl: 5 reps with 90 kg (Current PR 5x75kg) -RT: 90 kg (Current PR 79kg)
Chrisx9118
Goals look good man, once you hit them all you will have some really nice overall numbers on everything grip related!
Teemu I
I will also start incorporating grip more heavily in everything else I do, I just have to figure it out how to do it all reasonably. Besides grip, I want to get stronger all over.

It seems more doable as weeks of training go by and there's still continued progress. Edited September 20, 2006 by Teemu I

Teemu I
Love your workout now Teemu. You should get some good results from it!! That's what I expect. It's three grip sessions per week now: Workout 1: Grippers, dynamic thumb Workout 2: Wrists Workout 3: Grippers, Blobette, RT Two workouts include grippers. I should get my ISG this week from customs office, I'm planning to use that for the other gripper workout and TSG's for the other.
