1. RT max test

Went up to 99,4 kg and got good air under it, as video shows.

2. Inch Trainer

5 x 57 kg both hands

Went up to 67 kg, kept on trying it for a few singles.

F/F got air with both hands

3. RT Volume work

R: 15 x 80 kg PR!

L: 11 x 80 kg PR!

Went all out on this volume work. Damn I will feel that tomorrow!

Notes:

I have quickly started to like the off set db (Inch Trainer). Seems to carry over nicely to RT AND it certainly hits wrists as well. I'd go as far as saying it is perhaps the best piece of equipment for all-around grip gains. Put too much weight on it this time though.

Of course my RT PR's are also the result of forced rest due to flu. My forearms felt well recovered before this workout. Feels good to be back training.

Excellent RT work!

Thank you! Hoping to get 100 kg really soon, that would be one major goal off the list:

- 100 kg RT

- 90 kg wrist curl

- 55 lbs blobette

After reaching all those, it is time for grippers.

1. RT singles

Went very well, happy with getting air 4 times with 100 + kg weights.

2. Barbell wrist curls

Maxed with 85 kg PR

3. Inch trainer

Non-stop lifts with 57 kg alternating hands after each single until it

stayed glued to the floor. Got up to 17 lifts with right hand and 15

with left.

Notes: seriously thinking about sticking to training grip only 2 times a week. Felt very well recovered and strong. Still work to do to get full 100 kg RT lift, but at least those weights are not glued to the floor anymore. Mentally it is huge.

1. RT max effort work

- got air with 104,2 kg

- almost full lift with 100,2 kg

- 3 reps with 94 kg with right hand, also got air with left hand

All PR's.

2. Manus Grip DO deadlift

- worked up to two 150 kg singles. PR

3. Axle DU grip rows

4 x 100 kg

3 x 100 kg

3 x 100 kg

Notes: Finally got another pair of 15 kg plates that fit on my axle. Those rows were the hardest part of this workout for my grip. Will have to keep working on that. I skipped a workout on Sunday, may have to make that a habit because gains seem to come. :ninja:

1. RT

100 kg milestone

2. Thick DB

Worked up to 81 kg attempts

3. Barbell wrist curls

8,6,6 x 70 kg

4. Reverse wrist curls with homemade formulator

12 x 7,5 kg

5 x 10 kg

5 x 10 kg

Notes: glad I got a decent full ROM RT lift with 100 kg. New shorter term goal will be 105 kg. I had planned to move on to other goals after reaching a 100 kg milestone but this RT work is going so well I figured why stop now. Got a better attempt with 104 kg than last time. My own BW is 82 kg at the moment and I think bodyweight considered I am getting pretty decent with this.

Thanks buddy! Would not have thought reaching that milestone back in 2005 or 2006 when I first started training RT. :)

Thanks man. :) Just did a bit of calculations and conversions and decided to really make a push towards 250 lbs or 113 kg. Next week I'll be doing volume work with 85 kg.

1. RT

R: 7 x 85 kg

L: 4 x 85 kg

- these were honest attempts to get high reps, did not happen today

Another go at it:

R: 5 x 85 kg

L: 1 x 85 kg

Drop down to 70 kg:

R: 18 x 70 kg

L: 15 x 70 kg

2. Plate Wrist Curls

R: 7 x 10 kg

L: 5 x 10 kg

+ eccentric wrist curl holds with 15 kg plate, 3 singles both hands

3. Plate pinch

8 x 1 x two 15 kg plates

Notes:

Time to start doing more again. I've been a lazy asshole with few things lately. Blob work and direct dynamic thumb training to name a few.

- Dynamic thumb work a set here and another there, along the day with Vulcan and thumbscrews.

- Gripper singles along the day with filed SM, so nothing heavy, just reminding my hands what a gripper close feels like

Not enough time to do full grip workouts within last few days.

Dynamic thumb work with Vulcan, white spring and thumb screws. Sets of 10 with levels 1,4,7,10,13 and 16.
